The hostel had a good price and the staff was amazing, accommodating, and warm. The location was a perfect starting point to explore the city, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to popular tourist spots. The room I stayed in was quite big, had a comfortable bed, and was clean. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar where I could hang out for breakfast and enjoy the view.
The hostel had some maintenance issues, with broken furniture and unrepaired locks on the toilet doors. There were only two bathrooms per level, which sometimes resulted in waiting.

The staffs are friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. The facilities are in good conditions. The wifi is fast as well. Overall, my stay is very satisfactory.
The place is a little isolated and it feels unsafe for solo traveller like me when the street is quite dark, especially since I am a female.

Location
Towels were a supplement and so were blankets. You cannot sleep without air con and we were freezing cold with the far too small blanket provided to both of us. I did not have a good sleep at all.

We stayed at Travel Hub in KL for a week and loved it. The maisonette double room was spacious and comfortable, with a wardrobe and a cozy couch. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, especially with the free Saturday barbecue. The hostel's location near KL central and popular tourist spots made exploring the city a breeze. Complimentary breakfast of toast with jam and margarine was a nice touch. The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere made our stay memorable.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

1-Location is good, 5-min walk to petaling street and 10-min walk to lrt station 2-free use of computer, good for urgent use
1-No shoe rack, shoes all on the floor ... messy and smelly 2-no slippers provided for shower use, it is soooooooo slippery 3-no basic items such as hanger 4-sound of closing door on 3rd floor is super loud, big problem while sleeping

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, they gave me lots of advice about the city and told me how to get around at the best prices and where to go. The front doors and the doors to the bedrooms are all locked unless you have a key which is very reassuring being a lone, female traveller. The T.V room has lots of good movies and the free tea/coffee whenever you want it is excellent.
The smoking area! A stool beside an open window, or a staircase....

The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location of the hostel was also perfect - it was conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Plus, the rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the city view.
There were a few negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. the room I stayed in was uncomfortably cold at night, even with the air conditioning off.

1) The location was awesome, 1 stop away from KL Central and not too far from the KL CBD. 2) Te value for money was excellent, included wifi, a decent bed and aircon
1) Apparently breakfast was included, but amounted to toast and jam only - this is not breakfast in my opinion.

Nice environment, nice staff and nice facilities. Prices are affordable for teenagers to travel around kl. Just a 3 minutes walk from Pasar Seni lrt Station. Just nice :d
I experienced a flood there. When it's raining, there will be very difficult to walk around. The area was flooded.
